Responsibilities:

Providing technical support to our customer advisors
Assisting in consultation processes and sales activities
Monitoring the market, managing knowledge, and responding to customer inquiries
Evaluating and assessing insurers and products as part of our quality management
Selectively taking on independent tasks in the context of holistic portfolio management
Developing and expanding group insurance and collective agreements

Qualifications:

Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk and/or insurance specialist (m/f/d)
Several years of professional experience and expertise in the field of occupational pension schemes
Serviceoriented approach and demeanor
Motivated, solutionoriented, and structured work style
Strong communication skills and sales affinity with a team spirit
Negotiation skills and assertiveness
