WE ARE HIRING.
Since 1980, we have been working as a recognized provider of youth welfare services in Frankfurt am Main.

Our work includes more than 90 children and youth houses, school projects, facilities for vocational training, residential and outpatient youth welfare services, as well as a variety of counseling and support services.


At the
Eschersheimer 109 facility, children and adolescents aged 12 to 17 are cared for in small groups around the clock.

The facility has a total of 18 places and is located in a newly renovated building in the city center of Frankfurt.


We are looking for committed student assistants who are willing to support the teams at the facility and take on night shifts on weekdays and weekends.


Your tasks will include:


  • Pedagogical support for learning and leisure activities
  • Taking on night shifts and ensuring compliance with the rest periods of the residential group
  • Providing breakfast for the children and adolescents
  • Being a contact person for all matters concerning the children and adolescents
  • Crisis intervention

You bring with you:


  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work / Education Sciences or a comparable degree
  • Enjoyment of working with children and adolescents and the everyday challenges that come with it
  • Ability to handle conflicts constructively and intervene in crises, as well as assertiveness
  • Creative action competence
  • Respectful attitude towards different lifestyles and biographies
