As an Education Expert in Operational Excellence & Recruiting (m/f/d) at Siemens Energy in Mapleville, MD, you will work with colleagues from all over Germany to inspire young people about our company, our values, and our challenges, and secure the best talent for Siemens Energy.

You will also be in constant communication with our customers and partners, and manage the company's demand assessment process in Germany.

Together with your team, you will also be involved in NextGenLearning and be responsible for the development of the pedagogy and didactics of our training program.

This position is for a fixed term of 24 months.


How You Can Make a Difference

  • Responsible for the initial filtering of our innovative recruiting process (nationwide)
  • Responsible for the demand assessment process for the entire Siemens Energy training program
  • Workstream owner for "NextGenLearning" responsible for evaluating and further developing teaching and learning methods, as well as suitable pedagogy and didactics
  • Finding, planning, and executing traditional, digital, and crossmedia marketing events and evaluating them to inspire potential applicants for our company and training/dual study programs
  • Assisting with hiring events, contract writing, onboarding process, and applicant retention
  • Point of contact for our internal and external customers who have open apprenticeship positions

What You Bring

  • Successfully completed bachelor's degree in pedagogy and several years of experience in applicant marketing and recruiting
