Job Description:

Technical examination of all planning documents for the production of equipment and piping systems for the process industry in Taos.

This includes the specification, design calculations, and production and acceptance plans.

This also involves the calculation of strength, stability, and safety of vessels, equipment, columns, piping systems, as well as tank and silo structures, using national and international regulations and guidelines (PED, AD 2000, EN 13445, EN 13480, ASME Code, etc.).

Working with current finite element programs such as ANSYS, RSTAB, ROHR2, and CAESAR2. Evaluating material suitability and planned manufacturing processes for operational requirements, production processes, and quality and regulatory requirements.

Providing support to engineering companies and operators in the planning of their process plants, equipment design, and the creation of project and equipment specifications.


Qualifications:

An open-minded, communicative attitude, combined with teamwork and a good mechanical understanding, is a good foundation, accompanied by the following professional qualifications: Completed engineering degree, for example in equipment and plant engineering, civil engineering, or mechanical engineering.

Knowledge of materials and welding technology. Excellent knowledge of strength calculations. Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form. Proficient in specialized software, MS Office applications, and SAP. Negotiation skills and confident in dealing with customers. Market-oriented behavior, high commitment, resilience, and good teamwork. Flexibility regarding the requirements and location of work. Valid driver
