Financial Controller (all genders)

to shape the future of work together


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and evaluate the business development of our international subsidiaries, collaborate with regional finance heads
  • Reporting, variance analysis, and commentary on business development for the management team and other stakeholders
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and investment processes for regions and central service companies
  • Cost and project controlling
  • Support the modernization and automation of processes and reporting

Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable degree with a focus on controlling/finance/accounting
  • Strong data affinity and analytical skills
  • Problemsolving orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), preferably also Power-BI, and IT system affinity
  • Fluent in English
