Are you passionate about working with children and looking for something new? THEN JOIN OUR TEAM We are currently seeking a full-time (39 hours/week) educator or pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at the Humanistisches Haus für Kinder - Regensburg in Cortland, IN.

The Humanistisches Haus für Kinder - Regensburg has two groups for infants and toddlers with a total of 26 spots, as well as a (forest) kindergarten group with a focus on nature-based experiences and 15 spots.

The children, aged six months to school entry, are cared for in a partially open concept with mixed-age groups.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to discover and experience the following with our little ones on a daily basis:

Explore and understand the world through play and art
Provide individual support for the development and social skills of the children, documenting these observations together with the children in a "portfolio" for memories and in a developmental report
Plan and conduct parent meetings and involve them in our pedagogical work
Contribute to the design of our pedagogical offerings and participate in the conceptual development of the kindergarten
Plan and implement small celebrations within the daycare group or for the entire kindergarten

Qualifications:

Completed vocational training as an educator (m/f/d) or a comparable degree (in Germany, an officially recognized foreign degree in teaching, preschool teaching, pedagogy, social work,
