At Image+ Digital B.V., a leading company in the photography industry with 50 employees, we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader Photography & Facepaint at Holiday Park Pfalz in Homosassa, FL.

For over 25 years, we have captured the most beautiful memories in over 35 amusement parks throughout Europe.

As a team leader, you will be our local point of contact, responsible not only for creating, displaying, and selling high-quality photo souvenirs and unique face paintings, but also for leading, motivating, and managing our team and activities at Holiday Park Palatinate.

Responsibilities

Leading and organizing the photography and facepaint team at Holiday Park Pfalz
Ensuring smooth execution of all photographic activities and facepaint services
Planning, coordinating, and controlling workflows and ensuring compliance with quality standards
Training and developing employees to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
Close collaboration with the office (in the Netherlands) and other team leaders in 4 different countries, promoting growth and shared learning.

Qualifications

Passion for theme parks, sales, photography, and facepainting
Experience in photography and handling photography equipment
Experience in sales and customer service
Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative ideas for photoshoots and facepainting
