For our region with stores in Aalen, Heilbronn, Kaiserslautern, Karlsruhe, Mannheim, Neu-Ulm, Saarbrücken, Stuttgart, and Trier, we are looking for you as a store manager trainee (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities

During your maximum two-year training, you will be prepared for your responsible, versatile, and varied tasks in different stores within the region.

Leading employees, teaching sales skills, developing your professional and personal strengths

Combination of store assignments, customer contacts, and the opportunity to implement new ideas from seminars and regular feedback discussions with your superiors

Implementation of sales-promoting measures

Your profile
