For the MPG-wide implementation of the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) tool Archibus, we are looking for a CAFM clerk (m/f/d) for technical building management at the location of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Benld as soon as possible.

CAFM Clerk (m/f/d) for Technical Building Management in Full-time or Part-time

The position is initially limited to five years and will be remunerated according to the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD-Bund) up to pay group 10, depending on personal qualifications.

At the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, scientists research fundamental questions and current problems of international law, European Union law, and public law of various countries, together with numerous guest researchers from all over the world. Our library is the largest specialized legal library in Europe and one of the largest in the world in its fields.

Your tasks:

You will be part of the central CAFM service, which offers the tasks listed below as a service for all Max Planck Institutes. In this context, you are responsible for the setup, further development, maintenance, and data quality assurance of the facility management system Archibus. The CAFM system is of great importance for all
