Your responsibilities:

  • Customer service
  • Order processing and maintenance of master data
  • Coordination with internal interfaces to shipping and operational logistics
  • Goods receipt and shipping processing
  • Handling of complaints
  • Loading and unloading of trucks
  • General tasks in the warehouse

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training in the field of logistics or relevant experience
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics and customer service
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • MS Office knowledge / SAP
  • Reliable work ethic and communication skills
  • Experience with hazardous substances is an advantage
  • Valid forklift license with practical experience
