Strive is teaming up with a leading early-stage provider of clean energy solutions in Germany, and they are seeking a founding Account Executive to join their rapidly growing team.
The Company:
· Offers a platform for clean energy solutions
· Has partnerships with over 200 organizations in the DACH region
· Recently surpassed €1M in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and aiming for €10M ARR in the near future
· Operates in an untapped market with minimal direct competition
The Role:
· Account Executive
· Based in Augsburg or Munich
· €100K on-target earnings (70/30 split) + significant equity opportunity
· Sales team has a strong track record of meeting quotas
· All leads are warm, no cold calling required
Leadership:
· Co-Founders are highly driven and ambitious
· Both are former FIT graduates
· Sales leaders with extensive experience in enterprise consulting
