To strengthen our teams at WindStrom Renewable Energy GmbH & Co. KG, we are currently seeking a Senior Project Developer (m/f/d) - Wind Energy, Renewable Energy for our location in Edemissen near Peine to start as soon as possible.
(Full-time, 40 hours/week)
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our wind energy projects from the initial idea to approval.
Your responsibilities will include:
Development of wind energy projects
This includes:
- Acquisition of new wind farm sites (optional)
- Site selection and feasibility studies
- Negotiations with landowners
- Independent advancement of projects
- Development of planning rights
- Continuous feasibility checks
- Point of contact for landowners, municipalities, partners, authorities, etc.
- Management and review of external assessments
- Accompaniment of zoning procedures
