Your tasks include:
* *Practical play education* in the playhouse, including program planning, implementation, and documentation of play education activities for children and families in the playhouse and at large events in the district and city-wide. * *Personnel responsibility* for FSJ, interns, and student project assistants for playhouse projects. * *Conceptual work* in developing new formats for full-day and open play and educational activities. * *Political work* in advancing play education structures in the district to promote a family-friendly neighborhood.


You bring:

  • Recognized degree in social, play, media, or cultural education
  • Professional experience in pedagogical work with children
  • Resilience and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Organizational skills, initiative
