YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Leadership, training, coaching, and motivation of the store team
  • Planning and analysis of store key figures
  • Staff scheduling and coordination of inventory measures
  • Planning and execution of merchandise orders, as well as maintaining inventory levels
  • Management of product presentation and stocking
  • Support and representation of the store management

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Completed training and leadership experience in retail, also open to career changers
  • Experience in managing a team of 35 employees, team spirit, and good communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and organizational skills
  • Quick comprehension and solutionoriented work style
