The LWL-PsychiatrieVerbund Westfalen (LWL-PV) is a large and strong cornerstone of psychiatric care for the population in Westfalen-Lippe.

It comprises 130 facilities that offer a wide range of treatment, care, and support services for people with mental illness.

The LWL-Kliniken Lippstadt and Warstein, as part of the LWL-PV, are responsible for the district of Soest and surrounding communities.

We provide local inpatient, day patient, and outpatient care for people with various mental illnesses. Our clinics have a total of 429 inpatient beds, 66 day clinic places, and two psychiatric outpatient clinics. At the Warstein location, our services are complemented by the LWL-Rehabilitationszentrum Südwestfalen and the LWL-Institut für Rehabilitation.

We are looking for a dedicated individual with professional and technical expertise to join our Finance department. The work location is flexible and the start date is as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

Independent coding and verification of diagnoses, procedures, and all other PEPPrelevant information based on patient records according to current regulations during and after the discharge of patients.
Plausibility and completeness checks of documentation.
Ensuring timely billing.
Advising the professional groups involved in the coding and documentation process.
Independent handling of inquiries from payers and medical services.
