Challenges:


  • Setting up and operating rotational production machines
  • Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
  • Changing and setting up rotational tools
  • Processing components using handheld machines
  • Measuring, testing, and documenting articles according to work instructions and test plans, ensuring quality
  • Operating material filling and grinding systems
  • Optimizing production processes
  • Assisting with the implementation and parameter definition of new tools and samples

Requirements:


  • Completed training as a plastic molder, process mechanic for plastics and rubber, or similar
  • Preferably with previous experience in conventional rotation and knowledge of plastics
  • Reliable and independent work ethic
  • Team player
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Availability for 3shift work
