As the Lead Paid Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our overall media strategy.

Working closely with our Head of Marketing, Product teams, and country organizations, you will shape and execute advertising strategies across various platforms.


You will have the support of a talented marketing team of over 40 people and will co-manage a budget of €XXXm+.

Your main goal will be to drive successful paid media campaigns, directly impacting C&A's market positioning and marketing effectiveness. This will involve managing budgets effectively, building and leading a high-performing team, and constantly striving for success.


Your responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with our overall marketing and business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms and technologies to ensure a cuttingedge approach.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns, both traditional and digital. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create regular reports on key performance metrics, offering actionable insights and recommendations. Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
