Your responsibilities:


  • Support the (Key) Account Manager
  • Accompany customer meetings, initiate industrialization, create label templates, packaging instructions, measurement planning, and handle complaints
  • Complete order processing from order review to invoicing
  • Assist the (Key) Account Manager with calculations and proposals
  • Maintain sales statistics and customer records
  • Regular communication with dispatch, sample group, and production for timely and proper order processing
  • Assist in creating and maintaining product data sheets and publications
  • Willingness to take on small special tasks and actively support the Sales Support team leader

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial education
  • Strong customer orientation and team spirit
  • Precise and independent work style
  • Experience with Salesforce and SAP is desirable
  • Excellent German and English skills, additional foreign language skills are a plus
  • Experience with export permits is an advantage
