What you'll be doing
We are seeking a bright and detail-oriented student in the fields of communications, technical writing, languages, or informatics to assist us in creating and delivering documentation and multimedia materials on various topics


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Learning about the DITA methodology and utilizing our content management system
  • Writing and editing guides and other materials that describe our software products
  • Creating different types of content, such as videos, graphics, blog posts, and social media posts
  • Staying uptodate with the latest trends in user assistance, including AI and machine learning

What you'll bring

  • Preferred fields of study: Technical Writing, Media and Communication
  • Proficiency in XML, MS Office, Wikis, and graphic or multimedia tools
  • Strong analytical skills and a desire to become familiar with our software products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with knowledge of German being a plus
  • Advanced writing and organizational abilities
  • Interest in learning how to create videos, write blogs, manage communities, and create graphics or multimedia assets
