Human Resources / Payroll Clerk (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for independently and timely processing and reviewing accurate payroll, taking into account all tax and social security aspects for a total of approximately 420 employees (m/f/d)
  • You are the contact person for the entire team for all payrollrelated questions (such as income tax and social security law) as well as other topics such as maternity leave, parental leave, company pension plans, etc.
  • Complete processing of all personnel matters from entry to exit is part of your daily business
  • You are responsible for reporting and certification processes, accompanying internal and external audits, and providing the necessary documents
  • You create and maintain statistics and handle other tasks in the area of personnel administration

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or similar
  • You have several years of experience in the HR field with independently conducted payroll processing
  • You have excellent knowledge of tax and social security law and have a confident and friendly demeanor
  • You are proficient in using common MS Office programs and DATEV
