catering department at
Klinikum am Gesundbrunnen in
Heilbronn, we are looking for a
Dietary Assistant
(m/f/d) to start as soon as possible (full-time or part-time, initially on a fixed-term basis).

Your responsibilities:

Final inspection of the meal distribution system
Preparation of all special and requested diets, taking into account nutritional and economic aspects
Compliance with legal regulations and internal standards (e.g. hygiene regulations according to the HACCP concept, safety and accident prevention regulations)
Conducting individual consultations and menu discussions, as well as group training in our geriatric rehabilitation clinic
Taking meal orders from patients and electronically recording food orders

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as a statecertified dietary assistant (m/f/d)
Previous experience in a similar position is desirable
Proficient in applying HACCP guidelines and good knowledge of kitchen management and menu ordering systems
Structured, independent, and systematic way of working
Sense of responsibility, assertiveness, organizational skills
