This position can be performed remotely from a home office. The willingness to be on site in Hartmannsdorf during the training period should be present, as well as the willingness to be on site with the customer on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities

In short: You will be responsible for providing technical support to our system house partners. This includes providing support by phone, remote, and on-site to solve technical problems in the areas of WLAN and network and escalating issues. You will also plan complex WLAN networks and perform WLAN surveys.

Detailed:

  • You will receive inquiries from customers regarding complex technical requirements or error reports and process them
  • You will create, review, and prioritize support tickets and monitor their timely processing according to existing service level agreements
  • You will accompany installations and migrations
