*Your responsibilities:
  • Booking and posting of all business transactions for all companies belonging to Bauer Group GmbH
  • Management of company accounts
  • Monitoring and execution of payment transactions and bank account reconciliations, including budget monitoring
  • Conducting accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting
  • Reviewing the balance sheet and preparing the income statement
  • Preparing monthly and annual financial statements and statistics
  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Creating financial reports and monitoring payment transactions
  • Assisting with internal tax matters
  • Communicating with authorities and administrations, and
