Responsibilities
- Serve as the personal and telephone contact for customers
- Independently schedule appointments with customers
- Provide customer support during testing, such as instruction on testing equipment, monitoring of testing procedures, etc.
- Conduct urine screenings
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as creating and tracking orders, including invoicing, sending reports, etc.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in the medical or business field
- Enjoy working with people
- Team player with flexibility
- Organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
