For our
Station 41 (Gastroenterology) in Wausa, NE, we are currently seeking a
Nursing Specialist Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible in a full-time position.

Your responsibilities:

Development and implementation of personnel development measures (based on EBN) in strategic planning
Responsibility for professional development within the department
Involvement in personnel planning
Responsibility for training new employees
Participation in change management projects
Additional responsibilities in the absence of the team leader

Your profile:

Completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
Organizational skills and creativity
Communication and consulting skills
Confident and assertive demeanor
Enjoyment in finding solutions, even in difficult situations
