Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking reinforcements for our team in Berlin in the area of Customer Care (all genders).

Your responsibilities include:

  • Advising our customers via phone, email, and chat regarding any questions or inquiries about our products
  • Actively listening to provide feedback to management for continuous improvement of our services
  • Assisting with the review of loan applications and obtaining any missing documents
  • Contributing to our goal of being the best in our sector and maintaining that position

Your profile:

  • Ideally, you have previous experience in the service sector and working with customers
  • It is your daily goal to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Empathy, a friendly demeanor, and good communication skills come naturally to you
  • You are responsible, independent, organized, and take initiative
  • A strong service and customeroriented mindset complete your profile
