Your responsibilities include:
- Advising our customers via phone, email, and chat regarding any questions or inquiries about our products
- Actively listening to provide feedback to management for continuous improvement of our services
- Assisting with the review of loan applications and obtaining any missing documents
- Contributing to our goal of being the best in our sector and maintaining that position
Your profile:
- Ideally, you have previous experience in the service sector and working with customers
- It is your daily goal to ensure customer satisfaction
- Empathy, a friendly demeanor, and good communication skills come naturally to you
- You are responsible, independent, organized, and take initiative
- A strong service and customeroriented mindset complete your profile
