At AWO Integra gGmbH, we are on a new course with our 4,000 employees, both paid and volunteer, and are dedicated to serving people with disabilities in Southern Hesse.

People need our social services and we need people with heart


Therefore, we are currently seeking a
Facility Manager (m/f/d) for our workshop for people with disabilities in Höchst/Mümling-Grumbach, starting as soon as possible.

This position is full-time and permanent.


Job Description:


  • Managing the workshop (both pedagogically and technically) with responsibility for personnel and budget
  • Creating an activating and supportive work and care environment and participating in the development of new work and care offerings
  • Coordinating care planning and documentation
  • Planning and coordinating production and service processes
  • Collaborating with family members, caregivers, residential facilities, and schools
  • Leading team meetings and case discussions

Requirements:


  • A pedagogical or technical education and additional training in special education (SPZ or gFAB)
  • Several years of experience working with people with disabilities
  • Independent and resultsoriented work style, as well as social and communication skills
