    Your tasks
  • During your employment at Zurich Group Germany, you will support the Strategy team and take on your own tasks independently, making you a direct member of the team from the start You will gain insight into the operational work and support the team actively by taking on independent tasks:
  • Support in the Zurich strategy process, e.g. development of the company strategy, planning processes, and implementation control
  • Analysis of the market and competitive environment, including innovations and trends
  • Preparation of board documents and support in coordination with the Corporate Center of Zurich Group

Your qualifications

  • Enrolled student [in (Master's) studies in the field of economics, mathematics, or comparable courses of study]
  • Very good German and English language skills in spoken and written form
  • First professional experience, ideally in an insurance company, consulting, or startup
  • Interest in strategic issues in the insurance industry
  • Analytical thinking skills, very good communication skills, dedicated and structured way of working
