BANDAO is looking for a:
Team Leader HR Payroll (m/f/d) for the Bundesdruckerei in Berlin.

Your responsibilities:

  • Disciplinary and professional management of the Payroll and Payroll Support teams, as well as involvement in daily operations and support for a designated group of employees
  • Ensuring timely and accurate monthly payroll processing for all nationwide locations and companies
  • Implementation of legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations, as well as other matters (e.g. new hires and terminations, company pension plans, company cars, job evaluations, debt management, JobRad, time value accounts, etc.)
  • Central point of contact for managers, employees, and other interfaces for questions related to income tax and social security
  • Ensuring standardization, automation, and optimization of administrative tasks, as well as continuous improvement of processes and workflows within the scope of responsibility
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, determination and evaluation of provisions, support in providing HR and group reporting
  • Participation in audits and company inspections

Your profile:

  • Degree in business administration or completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on human resources
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position with personnel responsibility and relevant expertise in the field of payroll
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor, tax, social security, and collective bargaining law
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), as well as experience with SAP (especially SAP HCM)
