The company is looking for a Management Assistant (m/f/d) to join their team in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf/Cologne, Munich, or Hamburg as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:

  • You support the 4member management team in deriving and implementing decisions
  • You prepare board meetings, moderate them in parts, and document the results
  • Based on management decisions, you derive followup actions, inform the implementing teams, and keep track of the progress
  • You act as a liaison between management and stakeholders, also in an international context
  • You regularly communicate with Practice Group Heads, as well as location and business unit managers, both nationally and internationally
  • You work with the company's Project Management Office (PMO) on crosslocation topics

Qualifications:

  • You have a degree in business or law
  • You have several years of professional experience in a professional services firm (preferably as a consultant)
