- Conducts Daily Huddle Meetings

- Daily Production Planning as needed
- Daily Schedule Control as needed
- Conduct 1 Hour Interval Follow-up to Give Employees their Score
- Input Employee Lost Time Tracker Information
- Assist management to promote "best practices"
- Assist in training and developing of employees.
- Maintaining current & accurate inventory
- Continually maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all employees and management
- Assist in maintaining all equipment and facilities are in proper working condition
- Assist in maintaining compliance with security measures as prescribed by management
- Understand the department's goals and objectives
- Participate in personal development opportunities
- Maintain and promote a positive attitude consistently
- Assist in other projects or in any other areas of the distribution center
- Basic MS Office skills
- Intermediate Excel skills a plus
- WMOS System Knowledge
- Working experience in department a plus
- Demonstrated "Leadership" skills within department
- Performs current duties at a "Meets or Above Standard Rating"
- Must consistently meet or exceed departmental average "Units Per Hour"
- Ability to fill-in for Supervisor for any shift, in any department or building when required
- Ability to work effectively with others at all levels and to consistently display a high level of professionalism in all interactions
