These are the tasks:

  • Receiving driver reports and checking freight documents
  • Processing and recording customer complaints
  • Monitoring delivery dates for customer shipments
  • Checking and recording loading equipment (LHM) documents for transport contractors and customers
  • Creating LHM pickup orders
  • Checking charges and confirming or recording them, filing documents from contractors and customers

What convinces us:

  • Completed training, ideally in the field of forwarding/logistics or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Proficient in MS Office and a transport management system
  • Good German and English skills
  • Teamwork, resilience, assertiveness, as well as strong communication skills and customer orientation
