Our client, Münziger + Frieser Holding GmbH, is a leading medium-sized wholesale company for technical insulation. Due to its continuous growth, the company now employs approximately 90 employees.

With its high level of customer and service orientation, the company has established itself as a competent and efficient partner for qualified craftsmen and commercial businesses.

We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Support Specialist for our branch in Ulm (Senden/Iller).


Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:
- handle all tasks related to sales support, such as order processing, obtaining supplier quotes, placing orders, checking incoming invoices, invoicing, maintaining discount and master data, and general office duties.
- independently and solution-oriented advise and support existing customers across all product groups.
- act as the back-office support for the sales team and branch management.
- actively support the achievement of sales goals.


Qualifications:

You are the ideal candidate if you:

  • have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk or industrial clerk and have professional experience or a comparable qualification.
- ideally have industry knowledge in the field of WKSB insulation.
- have a valid driver's license (Class B) and ideally a forklift license.
- are friendly, open-minded, and enjoy direct customer contact, can speak their language, and can empathize with them.
- have a high level of commitment, are proactive and goal-oriented, and contribute to the success of the entire company as a team player
