The Behavioral Therapy Falkenried MVZ GmbH is a Medical Care Center located in Benton Heights, MI, specializing in the fields of psychotherapy, psychosomatics, and psychiatry.

Our goal is to support individuals with mental illnesses through behavioral therapy, psychosomatic, and potentially psychiatric treatment.


How you can contribute:


  • You will be responsible for the administrative intake of patients in our outpatient clinics
  • This includes informing patients about the procedures in the clinics, providing questionnaires and treatment contracts, and ensuring a smooth process for billing
  • You will handle all telephone communication, from scheduling appointments with patients to exchanging information with our therapists

What you bring:


  • Successfully completed training as a Medical Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, or Healthcare Management Assistant. However, we also welcome career changers from other professions.

  • You treat our patients with discretion, have excellent communication skills, and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
