    Receive, Sort and distribute incoming mail and parcels. Shipping and Receiving. Driver to nearby locations to make deliveries.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Customer facing and ability to provide high level service
    • Able to set priorities and motivate others.
    • Able to nurture or foster teamwork.
    • Must demonstrate high customer service skills.
    • Must be flexible to adapt to changes and multi-task.
    • Ensures adherence to all regulatory and contractual requirements.
    • Ensure quality assurance initiatives are being observed at all times.
    • Perform regular inspections of the workspace(s) to identify areas/items/equipment/materials in need of repair, replacement or upgrade.
    • Report any unusual or problematic conditions immediately to the client with as much information and data available at that time along with specific recommended actions.
    • Carries out and research requests with little direction and presents findings in a timely manner.
    • Manages inbound and outbound mail and shipments, light print requests, and reception.
    • Responsible for being trained at and reporting to other TMG accounts in the Princeton area.
    • Completing other tasks as may be assigned by the Site Manager or Team Lead

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum 1-3 years customer service, logistics coordinator, office and mailroom related experience preferred.
    • Advanced customer service skills, professional attitude & appearance.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational, administrative, record keeping & time management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • The candidate selected must be dependable, reliable, detail oriented with good organizational skills as well as have self-initiative.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
    • VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
