Armstrong Teasdale is seeking a Service Center Clerk to join it's New York City office.The Service Center Clerk is responsible for supporting firm personnel with a variety of document management and shipment management functions.
Essential Functions:

Supports firm personnel with document management functions, such as copying, scanning, printing, processing and preparing electronic documents, and Bates labeling
- Provides shipment management support through processing shipments and ordering supplies
- Manages the setup and breakdown of conference rooms and visiting attorney offices for office events and meetings as needed
- Monitors inventory stock of office supplies, including the kitchen and pantry
- Makes court and office runs as needed
- Troubleshoots issues, sets up new office accounts, and closes and processes end of day services
- Provides reporting data for client billing as it relates to document management
- Trains new staff on document and shipment management functions
- Assists with mail delivery and distribution, and performs routine copier maintenance
