Responsibilities:


  • The Hochstaufen Clinic treats patients with cardiological and gastroenterological diseases, including AHB in both indications. The clinic is located in the unique surroundings of the Berchtesgaden region with outstanding leisure activities (mountain and skiing) as well as cultural opportunities (Salzburg 12 km).
  • Your responsibilities include welcoming patients and providing general information
  • You will handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute it to patients and different areas of the clinic
  • You will handle phone calls and perform basic office tasks
  • You will also be responsible for issuing laundry tokens and vouchers, as well as managing the necessary petty cash
This position requires regular use of a computer (e.g. Word, Excel).

The job involves working varying shifts according to a schedule, including weekends and holidays.
