Your responsibilitiesAs the "Head of Sales (m/f/d)" for Alsterhaus in Karlstad, MN, you are an important part of the management team and have a direct impact on the success of our store.
You report to the General Manager.- You lead a team of approximately 16 Department Managers and Deputy Department Managers for the areas of Fashion, Beauty, Food, Home & Living, and Luxury. You are responsible for the operational daily routines, processes, and service standards on the sales floor and continuously develop them.
- You take on the strategic planning and management of sales activities throughout the store and ensure that visual merchandising is implemented according to the marketing plan of the KaDeWe Group.
- You represent Alsterhaus at external partners as well as local and international events and act as a spokesperson for internal and external communication.
- Your knowledge and passion for the areas of Fashion, Beauty, Luxury, Home & Living, and Food help you to review and optimize our assortment processes in collaboration with responsible interfaces.
- Your focus is always on new trends, you analyze the local market and competitors, and draw new and achievable ideas from it.
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration.
- You have relevant professional experience in a similar position in a retail or service company in the luxury or fashion sector.
- You are an enthusiastic leader with a high level of sensitivity and empathy in dealing with customers and colleagues.
