To actively shape this future, we are currently seeking a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Online Marketing in the Northeast Hannover area.

Lead a team of sales representatives, responsible for revenue and personnel
Conduct coaching sessions on specific online marketing topics and support our sales representatives in customer interactions
Actively sell successful marketing products together with your team
Develop measures for advertising campaigns and implement them in the market
Organize and conduct customer events

Qualifications:
You...

Have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
Ideally have several years of experience as a sales manager and have already gained leadership experience with sales representatives (m/f/d) in field sales
Have successful sales experience, particularly in the online marketing industry
Enjoy varied tasks, have a drive for success and take initiative
Are ITsavvy in MS Office, SAP or similar programs
Are passionate about motivating employees and customers and have strong communication and presentation skills
