The East Bavarian Technical University of Regensburg (OTH Regensburg) is one of the largest universities of applied sciences in Bavaria, with over 10,000 students, 250 professors, and approximately 700 employees.

The OTH Regensburg is currently seeking a *Sachbearbeiter*in* (administrative assistant) in the finance department to join our team in Gleason, TN.

Responsibilities:

Administrative processing of public research projects
Maintenance of financial data and records, preparation of regular financial reports and proof of use, and monitoring of deadlines (e.g. fund requests, reporting obligations)
Communication with project sponsors, professors, and project team members
Execution of payment day booking of project accounts and subsequent transmission of payment data to the state treasury and the state office for finance

Qualifications:

Successfully completed training as a *Verwaltungsfachangestellte*r* (administrative assistant) (Fachprüfung I) or a comparable commercial training (e.g. office management)
Relevant professional experience in the finance sector (preferably in government agencies) is an advantage
Excellent computer skills in common office applications
Selfreliance, flexibility, resilience, teamwork, and service orientation
Diligent and accurate work ethic
