Fintech Program Manager - Home Improvement SaaS

Leap is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Fintech Program Manager to join our growing team In this critical role, you'll be the right hand to the Head of Fintech, ensuring seamless execution and driving strategic initiatives that unlock the full potential of our embedded finance solutions (loans & payments) for home improvement contractors.

You'll play a pivotal role in maximizing their impact by:

Leading Project Execution: Own the execution roadmap for fintech initiatives, building business justification cases and partnering in prioritizing backlog items in support of the Fintech Product Manager gaining alignment within an agile development process.

Driving ROI: Develop compelling return on investment (ROI) scenarios to inform decision-making and arm Fintech Leadership with information to best prioritize features that contribute most significantly to revenue growth.

Master of Organization: Track all activities within the Fintech space, including projects, vendor management, joint task lists with partners (lenders & payments), and report weekly progress updates.

Partnership Powerhouse: Negotiate and manage key partnerships with lenders and payment processors, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.


You're a Fintech Program Management Pro if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the Fintech or SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading crossfunctional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and best practices.
• A businessminded approach with a strong understanding of financial metrics and ROI analysis.
• Experience managing and reporting on complex projects with a keen eye for detail.
• Technically adept with a grasp of data flows and MIS reporting.
• Flexibility and adaptability to pivot between project management, program enhancements, and preparing updates for various stakeholders.
