Leap is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Growth Hacker to join our growing team In this dynamic role, you'll be a critical player in driving user adoption and engagement for our home improvement contractor software solutions, with a particular focus on maximizing the utilization of our embedded finance options (loans & payments).

Your primary focus will be on:

Optimizing Embedded Finance Engagement:

  • Analyze user data to identify and segment under-utilized features like loan options and payment processing.
  • Work with product and engineering to create frictionless user experiences around embedded finance functionalities.

Data-Driven Strategies:


  • Develop a deep understanding of our CRM and marketing automation platforms to extract key user insights.
  • Leverage data to create A/B tests, personalize user experiences, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to continuously improve user engagement and product adoption.

Beyond the Campaign:


  • Identify and implement tactics beyond marketing campaigns to drive user behavior, such as inapp prompts, loyalty programs, and gamification elements.
  • Partner with the Sales and Client Success teams to develop best practices for promoting embedded finance to their clients, including training materials, sales messaging, and audiencespecific talking points.
  • Collaborate with or manage external partners (lending & payments) to jointly develop and execute strategies that drive increased KPIs for both parties.

You're a Growth Hacker if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, user engagement, or a related field, with a demonstrably creative and data-driven approach.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS marketing and a strong understanding of the home improvement industry (a plus).
  • A keen eye for data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
  • A passion for user experience (UX) and a willingness to experiment with new ideas.
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats in a fastpaced environment.
