To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as:

Production Manager (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities:

Technical and disciplinary management of production as a member of the management team, with 4 direct reports and a total of approximately 90 employees (m/f/d)
Independent planning, control, and monitoring of all measures to ensure quality, deadlines, quantities, and costeffective production
Efficient production control, taking into account agile manufacturing strategies and the use of lean management methods
Optimization and assurance of all productionrelated KPIs; direct reporting to the management
Participation in the conception of new production processes and support in the calculation and budgeting of innovation projects
Responsibility for continuously improving productivity by optimizing all processes you shape the production of the future
