Do you enjoy hands-on work while keeping the big picture in mind? As
Teamlead Accounting (all genders), you will take responsibility for all accounting processes and work together with your team to further optimize our paperless and mostly automated financial processes


This includes:

  • Managing and motivating a current team of 3 employees
  • Ensuring the correct handling of all accounting processes (creditors, debtors, banks, and general ledger accounting)
  • Close collaboration with our Head of Finance and external tax office for monthly and annual financial statements
  • Driving process optimization in the finance department and developing our ERP system Netsuite

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • A successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship (office clerk, industrial clerk, or similar) or a degree in business administration (business administration, economics, or similar)
  • A certification as a certified accountant
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting ideally in a highly digitalized environment
  • Indepth knowledge of tax matters and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
  • Very good German and English skills
