We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in Ovando, MT to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries and orders, as well as documenting and processing customer complaints and credits.

Your main goal will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Other responsibilities include creating cost estimates and price quotes, corresponding with customers regarding inquiries, orders, complaints, and delivery dates, and working closely with our representatives and sales partners worldwide.

To be successful in this role, you should have a completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as an industrial clerk or freight forwarder) and excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of another foreign language is desirable. Additionally, you should enjoy working with people and be a team player. Proficiency in MS Office programs and experience with an ERP system is also required.
