    Description
    The Program Manager plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to the President while simultaneously managing key programs and projects within the organization. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless communication between the President and internal and external stakeholders and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. This dynamic role involves strategic planning, resource management, risk mitigation and coordination with various stakeholders to navigate complex initiatives in a high-growth environment on behalf of the President. Candidates must be highly driven, self-motivated, consultative and process oriented to support the President.

    Program Management:
    • Lead and oversee major programs and projects on behalf of the President from initiation to completion.
    • Develop and implement program plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, resource optimization, effective change management, and deliverables are met.
    • Develop and manage effective communication strategies to execute program implementation.
    • Prepare and present reports on program status, milestones and key performance indicators.
    • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success.

    Executive Support:
    • Serve as a liaison between the President and various internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide strategic support to the President in decision-making processes by conducting research and analysis to inform key business decisions.
    • Prepare professional and engaging communications and presentations for internal and external audiences.
    • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for executive review.
    • Ensure seamless communication between the President and relevant stakeholders.
    • Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda creation, presentation creation and follow-up actions.
    • Provide support to physician leaders and executive team members as requested.
    • Adherence to compliance and completion of compliance training.

    Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Experience working in a healthcare environment is required.
    • Minimum of 2 years in executive-level program and project management or an executive assistant role.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    • Demonstrated expertise in program and project management skills with experience managing projects, including defining scope, managing budgets, driving deliverables, developing communication plans, meeting deadlines, and managing competing priorities.
    • Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality and engaging communications and presentation materials.
    • Strong analytical, consultative, influential and negotiation skills.
    • Demonstrated learning agility and passion for continuous improvement.
    • Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and exceptional collaboration skills.
    • Must possess strong familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and software.
    • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial ever-changing environment, adapting quickly to new business lines, clients, and service offerings.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience. Must be able to demonstrate leadership by serving as an example to others regarding professional behavior, handling multiple tasks, maintaining a positive attitude, and in response to organizational change.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Must be able to learn new software quickly.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with executives, leadership, staff and the public.
    • Ability to use time productively and contribute to high levels of company operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • High level of integrity, ethical judgment, and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
