Ryan Brandon

I am a Student Affairs professional with experience in the K-12 and Higher Education system, overseeing the care and education of two thousand plus students and 90-plus employees over the last twelve years. This position leverages my skills and abilities to work remotely, much as I did when I managed my team at Saint John’s Prep for the last three years and as I did with my hybrid master’s program at Concordia University Wisconsin. 

My solid foundation would allow a smooth transition to this role at Flatiron. As a strategic professional, I rely on data to drive my decisions. My nine years of experience in live-on positions allowed me to work with professional, graduate, and student employees. I developed and articulated a clear vision for navigating the COVID pandemic with organizational acumen. I have overseen multiple multimillion-dollar renovation projects, coordinating with various departments and third-party stakeholders on timelines, decisions, and warranty follow-up. Training and development of my staff has required creating training manuals and presentations for each new staff yearly.
