Liliana Schoenke

For the last ten years I have worked with children in different capacities ie. teacher, tutor, camp counselor. I have held numerous leadership positions and excel at working with and leading others. After working with kids for so many years, my time management skills have been honed and I have learned how to think on my feet, anticipating and addressing challenges before the arise. I am well organized and always willing to help others. I greet each day energetically and enthusiastically!

 My most recent job experience is as follows

Nanny    January 2022 - March 2024

• Meticulously systemized children’s belongings and kept  a detailed daily catalog of the infant's schedule.
• Expertly managed household tasks including vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, and laundry, while balancing each child’s separate awake and napping  routines five days a week.
• Facilitated engaging,  age appropriate activities such as crafts, sensory play, and out of house excursions.
• Assisted in the training of five animals to behave and interact appropriately with the children and house guests.

KinderCare Peter McGrath Child Development Center - Toddler Teacher           August 2020 - January 2022

• Implemented and adapted curriculum for twelve children to ensure inclusive learning while understanding each child’s unique needs in a learning environment.
• Developed and maintained personal relationships with families, contributing to a positive center environment.
• Communicated with families throughout the day with pictures and notes about development via online portal.
• Founding member and classroom leader of the Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) program.
  • DEI required additional attention on top of regular classroom expectations, researched resources and unique cultural activities and presented monthly updates to the staff on top of regular daily classroom expectations.
