- Knowledge of laws governing confidentiality.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Public speaking, relationship building skill and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications.
- Pre-employment criminal background check, employment background check and drug screening required.
- Experience in crisis intervention/ crisis services. Working knowledge of Chapters 34 and 51.
- Strength in hiring, recruiting, managing, developing, coaching and retaining individuals and teams.
- Three to five years of supervisory experience.
- Establish, manage and monitor program direction to assist in achieving the agency's mission.
- Provide clinical support and supervision to Program Supervisor and direct line staff.
- Participate in the development of the annual program budgets.
- Development of contractual agreements and other revenue streams to support program functions.
- Evaluate achievement of program indicators and guide program improvements to achieve outcomes.
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise Program Supervisors.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, supervision and support of direct line staff.
- Assist Program Supervisors in monitoring budgets and provide oversight of program expenses.
- Ensure day-to-day operation and compliance with all state licensing and funding requirements.
- On Call responsibilities as part of the on-call clinical team.

Description
The Crisis Services Program Manager is responsible for the implementation, supervision and evaluation of Elevate's Crisis Programs in Sheboygan County. This includes Mobile Crisis, Walk-In Crisis Services, Co-responder Program, and the Youth Health Navigator. The position will work closely with the Mental Health Program Manager, the Crisis Program Supervisors, the City of Sheboygan Police Department and Sheboygan County Human Services.
Location: 1202 N. 31st St, Sheboygan
Hours: Monday through Friday - 40 Hours exempt position
Salary Range: $57,200- $78,000
