What you will do with us

Collaborate in the planning and design, construction, maintenance, and operation of our building services (TGA)
Responsible for systems and technical supervision in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing (HKLS)
Participate in fire prevention measures
Contribute to energy audits and environmental management

What you bring

You have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in building services engineering/plumbing or equivalent qualifications.
You have extensive knowledge and relevant professional experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, control and regulation technology, energy and environmental technology. Ideally, you have also completed training as a fire protection officer and have in-depth knowledge and experience in operating gas-fired boilers and combined heat and power plants.
Your strengths include a high level of independence, a structured and methodical approach, a strong work ethic, service and team orientation, and good communication skills. A friendly, reliable, and open demeanor completes your profile.
